知识共享许可协议适用指南
CC协议对知识传播具有积极意义已经无需多言,然而,CC协议作为“舶来品”,其法律问题是法学研究领域的蓝海,本书即通过梳理CC协议的产生背景、基础概念、适用模式及范围、案例模型引导等多种形式,为科技期刊社及相关人员普及实践中所需的基础著作权理论,希望能够切实发挥法律对世界一流期刊建设的保障作用。
中国科协学会服务中心原为中国科协学会管理服务中心,于1991年经中国科协党组第九次会议研究决定正式成立。2006年,根据中国科协党组发〔2006〕21号文件,为规范全国学会的管理与服务,中国科协学会管理中心更名为中国科协学会服务中心。中国科协学会服务中心是公益一类事业单位。主要负责中国科协所属全国学会的联系与服务,协助机关职能部门加强单位会员管理,推进全国学会改革发展,提升学会创新和服务能力;为全国学会提供会员管理、年检审核、财务审计、法律法规、政策咨询等服务;分类指导全国学会开展学术交流、科技期刊、决策咨询、人才举荐等业务活动,为学会服务创新驱动发展战略提供支持;开展科技社团研究;负责直属学会管理与服务及完成中国科协交办的其他工作。中心内设17个处室:办公室、人力资源处(离退休干部办公室)、学会组织一处、学会组织二处、宣传教育处、学会评估处、科技服务处、学术活动处、科技期刊发展促进处 、科技期刊项目服务处、公共服务处、法律服务处、科技社团研究所、网络信息处、财务审计处、党委办公室、纪委办公室。
